Producing a sparkling wine of superior quality requires exceptional conditions, typically found only in very specific geographical regions far from Chile. Within the limestone soils of Talinay, a vineyard situated in the coastal region of the Limarí Valley, Viña Tabali cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes renowned for their superb qualities ideal for crafting top-quality sparkling wines. The Limarí region boasts a unique blend of soil, climate, and vineyard characteristics.
In an unprecedented collaboration, Tabali has joined forces with the prestigious Champagne house: Thiénot, introducing French expertise in crafting top-quality sparkling wines using the traditional method to Chile. Years of dedicated work and collaboration between Tabali and Thiénot, are captured in this bottle: TATIÉ. This is indeed a reason for celebration.

OUR SPARKLING WINES
- VINEYARD: TALINAY
- CLIMATE: The constant presence of cold coastal breezes makes this area the coldest planted zone in the entire Limarí Valley.
- SOIL: The vines are planted on calcareous soils where the rock is limestone. This is a place with a geological phenomenon that is unique in Chile.
- GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are being used for making these sparkling wines. Chardonnay gives freshness, delicacy, elegance, and finesse. Being slower to develop than Pinot Noir, Chardonnay produces wines that are built to age. Pinot Noir adds body, structure, strength, aroma and a complexity of flavors.
BRUT
This is a pale, yellow-colored sparkling wine with an extremely fresh, austere, elegant, and very complex nose. Great mineral character with soft notes of yeast and bread. In the mouth, it is vertical, with firm, well-balanced acidity. This is a highly elegant sparkling wine with very fine, persistent bubbles.
ROSÉ
EXTRA RUT
Pale pink in hue. On the nose it features sour cherry and strawberry yogurt at first, followed by hints of green apple, yeast, and pastry. The bubbles are fine and, on the palate, it is slightly saline with a pleasantly dry effect. It´s a very harmonious sparkling wine.
