“These 17 harvests that I have been in charge of Tabali are a long time, but without a stable team like the one we have formed with Héctor Rojas as viticulturist and Juan Carlos Coderch as winemaker, everything we have achieved would not have been possible. Being on top of the vineyards and understanding what we want as a winemaking style that fits with the place has not been an easy task. Our goal has always been to make precise wines that speak of their place of origin.”
